Service Agreement

  • 1. Scope of Use
    • Provided for schools, colleges, offices, and authorized institutions only.
    • Subscription implies agreement to comply with all terms and conditions.
  • 2. Subscription & Renewal
    • Annual fee is NPR 2500/-, non-refundable once service is activated.
    • Valid for one academic year from activation. Must be renewed before the end of the Chaitra for uninterrupted access.
  • 3. Institutional Responsibility
    • Institution is solely responsible for the accuracy of all data (names, photos, details).
    • Provider is not responsible for errors from incorrect data entry or poor-quality photos.
    • Login credentials must be kept confidential. Institution is responsible for all account activity.
  • 4. Service Provision & Data Backup
    • The system is a digital tool for ID card generation. Printing is not included unless separately agreed.
    • Provider may update or modify features without prior notice.
    • Provider is not liable for service interruptions (internet issues, server maintenance, power failures).
    • Data is handled with care; however, institution must maintain its own data backups. Provider is not responsible for lost data.
  • 5. Termination Policy
    • Unauthorized use, resale, duplication, or misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
    • Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the system is used for unlawful, misleading, or unethical purposes.
    • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
